Pic and a Word Challenge

Last week we took our Time.

This week, let’s take a moment to find strength in Hope. Or find something else to inspire you in this star trails photograph of Amphitrite Point Lighthouse. Off the Wild Pacific Trail in Vancouver Island’s lovely town of Ucluelet, British Columbia, Canada.

The Pic and a Word Challenge is a weekly creativity prompt typically offered Mondays.

With each challenge I provide a photograph of mine along with a single word. The challenge? Use the pic and/or word as inspiration to create something — a photograph, a painting, podcast, video, prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction, longread or just a few words. You are welcome to use these two elements (photograph and word) literally, thematically or metaphorically. If you create both images and words, all the better.

The word for last week’s Pic and a Word Challenge #395 was Time, along  in this very long time exposure (15 minutes!) taken from Frank Island, off Chesterman Beach in Tofino, British Columbia, Canada.
