Pic and a Word Challenge

Last week we reflected on the Shoreline.

This week, let’s bend Time to our will. Or find something else to inspire you in this very long time exposure (15 minutes!) taken from Frank Island, off Chesterman Beach in Tofino, British Columbia, Canada.

The Pic and a Word Challenge is a weekly creativity prompt typically offered Mondays.

With each challenge I provide a photograph of mine along with a single word. The challenge? Use the pic and/or word as inspiration to create something — a photograph, a painting, podcast, video, prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction, longread or just a few words. You are welcome to use these two elements (photograph and word) literally, thematically or metaphorically. If you create both images and words, all the better.

To participate:

The word for last week’s Pic and a Word Challenge #394 was Shoreline, along with sunset photograph of a lone man standing on the rocks below Amphitrite Point Lighthouse, just takin’ in the sunset. Off the Wild Pacific Trail in Vancouver Island’s lovely town of Ucluelet, British Columbia, Canada.
