    Interesting perspective. I was enjoying some extraordinary gardens one day and sat down on a bench to rest. I looked down and among all the showy bushes was a small rare beauty. As the people quickly past it by, unnoticed, in their rush to get to the end, I realized how fortunate I was to discover the rare one. : ). I hope you have an extraordinary day.

      <chuckle> Of course, pausing is fine. A stop to smell the roses (or the coffee) is quite wise, indeed.

      The poem is a near-plagiaristic riff on one of my favourite quotes.

      Our nature lies in movement;
      Complete calm is death.
      ~ Blaise Pascal
