NaPoWriMo ’24, day 26 of 30
Bonfire Hostel provided free morning Yoga classes on its rooftop. A few times a week their Yogi, Rahul Bhandari, lead us down to a small patch of sandy beach on the Ganges River for a sunset class. This was always a highlight of the day. The combination of setting sun and Rahul’s gentle loving-kindness, both in his spirit and his instruction, made for a deeply connected experience with the Ganga, India’s holiest river, the valley, Rishikesh (the Yoga capitol of India) and the 10 or 20 of us gathered there in harmony with it all.
