Is not this world exquisite?
With the sunlight cascading
Through the clouds
Across the mountains
Onto the valley floor
With the sunlight cascading
Through the clouds
Across the mountains
Onto the valley floor
Revealing greens
And blues
Ambers and golds
While the clouds
So softly textured
Puffs of greys and whites
Is not this world a blessing?
I sink into her
Breathe her in
Caress her
With my senses
And she, in turn
Sustains me
Lets me be
Feeds me
Challenges me
When life seems hard and black
When times seem treacherous and lonely
I seek high vistas
And remind myself
Of the glory that is this world
And the beauty that I am here
