This body has done
Without my approval
Without my conscience

Sometimes
This body
Like a trophy
And I
Caught inside
Ponder on the things
This body has done
Beyond my ability
Beyond my creation

And I
Wonder I
At who am I
Whether this body is I
Or some other I

Just the three of us
Spirit, mind and body
On a journey through
Space, time and possibility

A rocky beach
A sleepy sea
A sulfur sky
And cobalt high

Clouds whispering
Breathe in the air
My body sings

With the beauty
Of existence

Heart, mind, body and soul
Four independent currents

Perhaps enlightenment
is the condition
when all four
flow together as one

When disconnected from my body
I experience the world through my mind
And my everyday senses
As if all there is can be

Touched
Heard
Smelled
Tasted
Seen
Reasoned

I am out of time
With the world
Out of rhythm
With the seasons of my being
