A cloud strewn sky
A becalmed sea
And the last
Glimmering
Rays
Of a sun
Leaving the day
And I
Reflecting
Alone
In my thoughts
With nary
A care
But for the beauty
Of it all
And I
Reflecting
Alone
In my thoughts
With nary
A care
But for the beauty
Of it all
Because somewhere
Is always a state of mind
And my mind is always somewhere
Light comes
Driving air
Down the valley
Clearing atmosphere
Of smoke and mist
Ohm, I sing
Into heart
Into center
Into spirit
While Nature’s skilled
Geometry
Is rarely square
Organically
Math more complex
So beautifully
More than grey matter
More than thoughts
More than being
More than all the love
I have ever given
In the final moments
I stop
When blood stops
I am
Blood
But it was not until
I met the Buddha on the road
That I began to heal
With light and mass
We shape the world
For beauty’s sake
I love the way
Mind renders lines
To pleasure me
