In the final moments
Of my existence
Here in this dimension
As reality folds in
Upon itself
I manage to get in
One last
In the final moments
Of my existence
Here in this dimension
As reality folds in
Upon itself
I manage to get in
One last
Sand
Grain by grain
Wave by wave
Tide by tide
Laid down
Layer upon layer
Until the shoreline
Rises
To admire the beauty of existence
To see the connection of all things
To look within, to my deepest self
Or was it rather
A prophecy?
It wasn’t long before I found
A crack in my demeanor
A harrowing
Of imperfection
A way in which I’m broken
Until one day thought I
Perhaps the dark is just unknown
In need of light
And wanting an explorer
Curves ahead
Construction
Crosswinds
