They dive below
A place called
Sea to Sky
Explore a world
Few eyes will see
Hidden
Underneath
A land of
10,000 photographs
A place called
Sea to Sky
Explore a world
Few eyes will see
Hidden
Underneath
A land of
10,000 photographs
I prefer the rise and fall
The twist and turn
Cliche they are
But how I learn
Observing from
Peaceful repose
While nature wars
‘Tween earth and sky
Fir and cedar, conifers
And alder with its lighter leaf
Like steps of cones
All feathery
But my lens
Sees everything
Grand patterns lost
In details keen
But way up high
Where mountains pierce the sky
Winter lingers still
When it fails to surprise
I discover, soon enough
I have not been looking
Deeply enough, long enough
Saw blades
Of rock
And ice
Lifted into sky
How many times
Have I watched
The last rays
Of a day dying
