Light and soft
My mood
My spirit
Charmed by the pastel sunset
Playing over
The gently rippled Sound

Amid
The maelstrom
Of life
Which is

India

They wait

Nothing quite calms me like

The mountains
And the sea
Beneath azure skies
Underway

Destination of no concern

I love being in a place
Where creativity thrives
Where paint and passion
Offer more vibrance and colour
Than nature’s grandest sunsets

Sometimes
It is not the water
Which troubles me
But the bridge

Held fast
In anticipation
Of departure
Imminent

Not clinging
Preparing
To leap

All I really need
Are wheels

And the fuel
To keep them rolling

Transient Light
Magic Light

Transient space between
Fingertip and presence

Connection
Transition

Evil subdued
Peaceful detachment

These roads through nowhere
Always find somewhere
Along the way

Because somewhere
Is always a state of mind

And my mind is always somewhere
