Inspiring Lights

Rishikesh, a peaceful centre of spirituality and yoga. Rahul, my yogi at Bonfire Hostel, and a young man of uncommon grace and generosity. Two of the brightest experiences of a month travelling through India.

Encountering them was, in both cases, the outcome of serendipity rather than planning or intention. I realized many journeys ago, serendipity always provides the greatest adventures and insights, so I plan my travels to allow it maximum influence. Which is to say, I commit to the present moment and place, and ask myself each day, “how much longer here?” and “where next?”
