Purity

Symphony Amphitheatre, Whistler Mountain, Whistler, British Columbia, Canada
What could be more pure
Than the white of snow
Capping a mountain peak

But the arc of a ski
Carving its perfect turn
As the skier masters the snow

This moment of purity awaits
As I stand atop the mountain
Admiring an expanse of untracked powder
