The quick blue horse jumps
Carrying the lazy fox

Yeah. Sorry. Couldn’t resist once I saw the horse in this abstraction. <grin>

Love the poem–forgive my lack of artistic acumen, but is it a photo–or a painting/drawing?

  It’s a photo. There’s a sailboat up on blocks in a small town near Vancouver. Someone started working on it, sanding the hull. This is a picture of sandpaper having worked its way through several layers of paint. With a bit of photoshop tweaking.
