Tossed by the storm
While the cyclone raged
Inside my heart
Inside my mind
Circling ’round
The centre

My spirit
My soul
The eye
Of my
Being

From there
The calm radiates
Robs the cyclone
Of its force

All I need do
Is awaken
To the sure sight

Quiet my mind
Still my heart

Become the centre
